Machine Tool Repair Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Safely and efficiently maintain, troubleshoot, and work to improve (primarily) DMG Mori, Mazak, Okuma, Landis, Ingersoll, and Lamb equipment in the facility
• 3+ years’ experience installing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems, scraping principles, precision bearings, and ball screws, as well as a wide range of controllers
• Experience in alignment/leveling of equipment, shaft alignment, tube bending, pipe fitting, welding, gearing, and aspects of lubrication
• In-house equipment: Conveyors, parts washers, furnaces, robots, hoists, and cranes
• Read and comprehend schematics and prints, operate common tools, and work with tight tolerances
• Basic electrical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills and a team player
