Catering Manager of Sales and Business Development Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, contract food service, and/or event sales
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients

Catering Manager of Sales and Business Development Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities including corporate partnerships, business campuses, event collaborations, and private clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to secure new business
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure client satisfaction
