Job Summary

Controller Responsibilities:

  • Manages and assists in all the financial activities at the hotel
  • Implements and monitors effective controls and procedures to ensure timely, accurate and efficient operations in all areas related to finance at the hotel
  • Assists in the supervision of the accounting department including receivables, payables, audit, purchasing and inventory management
  • Works closely with Hotel General Manager, all Managers and the Executive team


Controller Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Controller with a hotel background. The ideal candidate has experience with luxury and/or boutique properties
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Highly detailed-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Must have strong financial skillset and operate with integrity
  • Must have the ability to work on-site 5 days a week
  • The ideal candidate has experience creating P&L reports, forecasting and budgeting and is eager to grow their career
