We are searching for a Kitchen Manager to join our team and assist in propelling the growth of our restaurant. We are looking for an individual who takes their work seriously but does not take themselves too seriously.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• 2–3 years of Kitchen Manager experience with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• Experience in casual, scratch menu restaurants is a plus
• Experience with food cost control strategies and labor cost management
• Must be highly organized and communicate well
• Creative with food and ability to create specials and influence menu decisions

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the exceptional speed of service and culinary operations by managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Direct, motivate and lead the culinary team to excellent results
