SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and service
• Test software for application conformance
• Support with time studies, customer training, and applications support (phone and occasional travel)

SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven machinist or applications experience in 3 and 5-axis mills and multi-axis lathes
• Experience with CAD/CAM
• Experience with work-holding concepts and cutting tool selection and technology
