What we require from the Director of Real Estate:

• Flexible availability, including weekends at times
• Ability to travel frequently out of state
• Ability to work remotely
• Experience with Real Estate site evaluation and negotiation for restaurant spaces
• Marketing analysis, cost analysis, budgeting experience
• Permitting and zoning experience
• Able to multitask, sourcing multiple sites simultaneously, strategic in planning
• Accomplishes projects on time and to budget
