A leading manufacturing company in the construction sector is seeking an outstanding Account Manager to join its Los Angeles team. Candidates with experience in construction will be given preference.

Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent background in sales and customer service (3+ years)
• Proven success in sales within building materials manufacturing or distribution is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience is required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is essential
• Occasional domestic travel to client locations

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Sell products and services to both new and established clients
• Re-engage with inactive accounts to rekindle business opportunities
• Achieve established sales goals
• Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, and handle order processing
• Collaborate with production facilities to coordinate product shipments
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
