Qualifications:

·       Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic (DO)

·       Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

·      Minimum of one year of post-fellowship experience

·       Unrestricted Medical License and DEA License

·       Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

·       Must have high-volume experience (40+ patients per day) and anesthesia expertise

·       Must be in a practice that utilizes advanced procedures & techniques
