Qualifications for Multi-Unit General Manager:

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing multiple units in the food service industry
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to coach and mentor both General Managers and team members
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to hold team members accountable and drive results
  • Ability to foster a supportive, customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional experiences

Responsibilities for Multi-Unit General Manager:

  • Train, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams
  • Oversee new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth execution
  • Maintain and uphold brand standards and operating procedures
  • Focus on profitability and operational excellence, managing budgets and processes
  • Build a talented team, ensuring the right individuals are onboarded and developed as the brand scales
  • Increase sales by delivering outstanding guest experiences that encourage repeat visits
  • Effectively plan, organize, and communicate with the team and upper management, prioritizing organization and clarity
  • Lead by example, working hands-on alongside the team when necessary
