Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of cooks
- Provide hands-on training and professional development
- Oversee all kitchen operations
- Work with ownership to develop and update menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Assist in managing kitchen-related expenses and optimize food costs for profitability
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef
- Proven experience in developing SOPs and efficient kitchen systems
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Exceptional communication skills
