Culinary Director – Full-Service Dining (Based in Atlanta)


We are seeking an experienced Culinary Director to lead and enhance operations across a diverse range of dining concepts, from casual to fine dining, in multiple airport settings. This role focuses on creating structure, streamlining processes, and upholding high culinary standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have excellent leadership abilities, and ensure consistency and quality across all locations.

Culinary Director Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to company standards, and high-quality food preparation.
  • Streamline culinary processes, including menu development and optimizing kitchen workflows.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and culinary excellence.
  • Manage food costs, budgets, and inventory control to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards.
  • Oversee the food procurement process to ensure the best quality and pricing.
  • Stay current with industry trends, incorporating new culinary techniques and innovations.
  • Travel up to 60% to oversee and support multiple locations.

Culinary Director Qualifications:

  • Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA.
  • Minimum of 5 years in senior culinary leadership, overseeing multiple restaurant concepts or locations, ranging from fast casual to fine dining.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with New Restaurant Openings (NRO).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
