Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certifications are a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of Director-level HR experience, with a strong generalist background
• Proven ability to support at least 600 employees across multiple locations
• Experience in the hospitality industry, especially in HR leadership, is highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of California, local, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
