We are an upscale restaurant with a focus on fresh, modern dishes using over 80% locally-sourced ingredients from farms within a 90-mile radius. We prioritize sustainable and locally-produced foods.
The Executive Chef oversees all kitchen operations, including staff management, menu creation, and ingredient sourcing. They ensure food quality, proper storage, and adherence to standards while controlling food and labor costs.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Oversee labor costs and collaborate with the owner on menu development.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and recipe standardization.
- Maintain equipment, enforce safety and sanitation protocols.
- Organize catering events and demonstrate culinary techniques.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through food quality and personal interaction.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and address staff feedback.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Four years as Executive or Executive Sous Chef.
- Strong team management and organizational skills.
- Experience in menu development, expense control, and BOH operations.
- Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests.
