We are seeking an Architectural Design Manager for a global construction company. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design and construction, turning architectural visions into reality.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design phase for diverse projects, from healthcare to education, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline alignment.
• Oversee collaboration between design and construction teams, including constructability reviews and managing design modifications.
• Innovate by integrating advanced technologies and exploring modularization to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct workshops, strategize project execution, and ensure top-tier quality control throughout the design process.

What You’ll Bring:

• Licensed Architect in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in design management
• Experience with projects in healthcare, K-12, higher ed, or life sciences.
