Senior Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years in business development especially in federal, energy, and building sectors, with an established book of contacts
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Business and financial acumen, with experience in developing data-driven strategies that drive growth and an understanding of complex marketing
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business, engineering or related field
  • Drive growth and expansion in government and private sectors, increasing revenue and market presence
  • Lead strategy development and business processes, focusing on marketing, technology, and business development
  • Oversee market research to identify new opportunities and grow client base
  • Ensure consistent brand representation
  • Travel as needed (around 25%) to strengthen business relationships
