Construction Program Manager Qualifications:

• P.E. or A.E. license in D.C., or ability to obtain reciprocity
• ICC Commercial Building Inspector Certificate (Commercial Combination preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in federal project/program management
• Ability to obtain standard government pass for Federal sites
• Experience managing multiple contracts/subcontracts
• Familiarity with FAR and managing IDIQ contracts
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Travel between Ashburn, VA, and Washington, DC (25%)
