Job Summary

Company seeking a seasoned Executive Chef that will oversee both an upscale restaurant and banquet services. Experience in a scratch culinary environment, with all cuisines preferred.

Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Responsible for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, staffing, quality, and profitability
  • Responsible for specials, creativity, costing, ordering, and inventory
  • Full financial restaurant acumen required
  • Ability to lead a team and keep a great culture
