Our client seeks an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our statewide HR functions. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Solana Beach.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• SHRM - CP or SHRM - SCP or other HR certifications are a plus
• At least five years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team and a strong generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations
• Hospitality industry experience, especially in an HR leadership capacity, is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of local, California, and federal employment regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving
