Senior Living RCFE Administrator Qualifications:
- Active California RCFE certification required
- 1+ years of experience
- Successful record of maintaining regulatory compliance

Senior Living RCFE Administrator Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all day-to-day operations to provide quality care
- Hire, inspire and appreciate staff to maintain high employee engagement and retention
- Implement budget and financial practices to achieve business objectives
- Encourage individual and family participation as part of the care planning team
- Drive and support the community’s strategic vision
