Multi Unit General Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 to 5 or more years as a Multi Unit General Manager in the food space
  • proven leadership skills must be able to coach and counsel Multi Unit General Manager and employees
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Be able to hold people accountable
  • Build a culture within the region of support, best practices, Customer focused, and Creating a great experience

Multi Unit General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Trains,General Managers and develops Managers and team members
  • Experience with New Restaurant Openings
  • Helps Develop, Execute and Uphold the standards of the concept
  • Drives profitability and operational compliance - good with budgets and checklists
  • Builds team talent - ensures only the right people are being developed as the brand grows
  • Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
  • Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key
  • Leads by example and is able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
