Our long-standing restaurant group is looking to add a Pastry Chef to our team to support our current and new restaurants. We are looking for someone with upscale and/or fine-dining Pastry Chef experience in restaurants.

Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Executive Chefs to create innovative new dishes in multiple concepts
• Involved in planning production schedules and ensuring quality standards are met
• Training Sous Chefs and line cooks in pastry techniques and presentation
• Financial accountability, inventory management
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Pastry Chef Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in managing a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant environment
• Demonstrated administrative abilities in inventory control, costing, and forecasting
• Experience with 7M or more in volume
• Polish and professionalism
• Portfolio of creative work highlighting seasonal ingredients
