Our growing, premier hotel group seeks a General Manager for one of our luxury, boutique hotel properties. As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the property's day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and business performance focused on delivering elevated guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards. MUST RELOCATE for this role.

Luxury Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 8+ years experience managing an upscale - luxury hotel property (minimum of 200 rooms)
• Ability to relocate
• Oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events
• Lead, motivate, and further develop a team of hospitality professionals fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Ensure your property consistently provides a luxury, personalized experience for each guest
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports/P&L statements, and forecasting to ensure operational profitability
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Background in F&B operations and development
