Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

• 4+ years of GM experience in an upscale environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience providing amazing guest service, and creating unforgettable experiences for all customers.
• Familiar with technology platforms such as POS, reservations, scheduling/employee communication platforms
• Experience with development of staff, including supervising, delegating, training, and incentivizing.
