Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-client environment is a must
• QuickBooks online and Excel expert
• Proficient with Billable Hours
• Reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, MI, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Accounting
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
  • Manage daily client bookkeeping, including AP, AR, and disbursements
  • Process payroll according to client schedules
  • File sales tax returns, 401K, and other compliance documents
  • Reconcile bank, vendor, and credit card statements monthly
  • Handle month-end close and adjusting entries
