Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurants with revenues of $2-4 million
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic problem-solving abilities and computer proficiency
- Ability to establish inventory par levels and conduct inventory assessments
