We seek an experienced Fine Dining General Manager to lead operations for a new restaurant opening in Colorado under an established, culture-driven restaurant group. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of service, staff training, and guest experience, ensuring the highest standards of dining. Strong leadership, team-building skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

General Manager Requirements:

• Daily Operations - day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Strong Leader – needs to build and develop a team
• A Great Communicator - can plan and communicate effectively with team and supervisors
• Exceptional Work Ethic - someone who is hands-on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves 

General Manager Qualifications:

• Strong Sense of Culture – needs to be able to implement systems and create a structure
• Tenure - 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Passion - must have an ownership mentality and manage employees while ensuring guests are always number one!
• Experience with Volume - experience managing at least $4 million in annual sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High Energy- must bring positive, high energy to the room
