In this role, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests while driving event sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the club, restaurant, and event venue.
• Drive sales growth through events and member engagement.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote events and memberships.
• Manage vendor contracts and facility upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales background, especially in events.
• 5-7 years as a General Manager in a high-volume country club or hospitality venue.
• Leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Hospitality systems knowledge preferred; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
