Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid RN License
• 4+ years of nursing supervisory experience, specifically in Long Term Care
• Strong communication & team collaboration skills
• Excellent understanding of healthcare laws

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Lead our nursing team in providing outstanding patient care while collaborating with our fantastic medical staff.
• Ensure every nurse is certified and delivering care that surpasses state, federal, and organizational standards.
• Develop and refresh policies to continuously enhance the quality of patient care.
• Implement innovative quality improvement programs that keep us at the forefront of healthcare excellence.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient care plans to ensure compliance and quality.
