Maintenance Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• current and 7+ years of experience in overseeing hotel and/or resort facilities maintenance
• Ability to manage engineering and CAPEX budgets
• Strong construction oversight and project management skills

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
• Oversee water treatment operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage HVAC and refrigeration system design, installation, and maintenance for optimal energy efficiency.
• Manage the engineering budget and adopt industry best practices and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
