Hibachi Chef Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality hibachi meals in front of guests with flair and entertainment.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by engaging with guests and providing memorable performances.
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper food preparation and timely service.
• Manage ingredient inventory and maintain proper portion control.
• Create a fun, lively atmosphere while ensuring top-notch food quality.

Hibachi Chef Qualifications:

• At least 2 years prior experience as a Hibachi Chef or in a similar teppanyaki-style cooking role is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and the ability to confidently perform cooking tricks and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with guests in an interactive dining experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
