Sr. Level Accounting Associate Qualifications:

• 8+ years in accounting/finance, with a background in law firms
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, ProLaw, Elite, and/or 3E software 
• Experience with Expense Reimbursement systems (Concur)
• Previous team leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Extremely organized and attentive to detail

Sr. Level Accounting Associate Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively engage in daily accounting operations such as AP/AR, reconciliations, expense reporting, wire transfers, cash reporting, etc. 
• Manage journal entries and general ledger
• Support financial reporting, month and year-end close, and court submissions
• Other occasional accounting tasks and generating reports as required
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes
