Are you a finance expert with a strong interest in the restaurant industry? We're looking for a Restaurant Controller to manage our financial operations and drive success within our dynamic restaurant group. This role offers the chance to apply your accounting skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This is NOT a remote position.

Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial tasks such as accounts payable, receivables, and payroll processing.
• Compile financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Lead the budgeting process, forecasts, and perform variance analysis to enhance financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
• Work closely with leadership to analyze financial trends and provide strategic financial insights.

Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• Proven track record as a Controller or in a senior finance role within the restaurant industry.
• Experience with Restaurant 365 accounting software is a must.
• Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
