• Competitive Salary: $55,000–$68,000 based on experience

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in A/P, A/R, billing, or similar accounting roles
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (but not required)
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Independence: A self-starter who can manage tasks effectively and collaborate with leadership
• Handle A/P and A/R transactions, including vendor payments, client invoicing, and bank deposits
• Manage billing operations, process credit card transactions, and coordinate quarterly commission payments
• Contribute to corporate accounting tasks, including cash projections and reporting
• Assist leadership with cash position updates and financial reporting
