Sales & Business Development Leader Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales/business development experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and financial analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related computer applications.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Sales & Business Development Leader Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
  • Oversee the quoting process, collaborating with engineers and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Lead sales meetings, prepare market analysis, and deliver proposals to ensure company sales goals.
  • Maintain the company’s website as a key marketing tool.
  • Provide timely feedback and performance reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and manage the sales department to achieve growth and customer retention goals.
