Job Summary

A family-owned retailer with over 90 locations is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Store Operations to join our corporate team. The Regional Director of Operations ensures that all stores operate efficiently, adhere to company policies, achieve operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, exceptional analysis, and decision-making skills


Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all stores
  • Monitor store performance, identifying areas of improvement
  • Lead, Mentor, and Support Regional and District Managers
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Promote a customer-centric culture, ensuring all stores provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability

Director of Operations Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 10+ years experience
  • Experience in a large (90+ unit) multi-site, retail, grocery, or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent analysis and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Director of Operations Benefits:

  • Competitive salary $120,000-$140,000 plus bonus
