Job Summary

Midwest Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead its Team in executing the Highest level of Guest Service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure in Full-service Hotels and/or Resorts. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond what is known in Marshfield, WI. Are you looking for a New opportunity with a stable Company with a great culture that offers opportunities for growth? If so, please submit your resume today!

Responsibilities:

  • Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop Team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
  • Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Concierge
  • Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
  • Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
  • Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community 

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Rooms Division Manager is a must
  • High School Diploma or GED - 4 years of experience in Guest Service, Front Desk, Housekeeping
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
  • Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
  • Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
  • Ability to analyze Guest Service reports recognize market trends
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication
