Restaurant Facilities Technician Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are running at 100%
• Maintain a regular and proactive Preventative Maintenance approach
• Record and track all maintenance issues and expenses
• Coordinate large-scale projects with vendors

Restaurant Facilities Technician Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant Maintenance Tech experience
• Mastery of restaurant equipment repair, including grills, toasters, ice makers, drink machines, ice cream machines, etc.
• Solid construction, electrical, and plumbing knowledge with the ability to read and utilize as-builts
• HVAC certification
• Valid driver's license
• Cover on-call as needed
