Our local, casual dining concept is looking for a General Manager to join and lead a team of amazing individuals!

General Manager Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales initiatives through excellent guest service  
• Promote and develop a healthy people-first culture and team!
• Manage day-to-day operations, P&L and cost areas, and inventories 

General Manager Requirements: 

• 2+ years experience as a General Manager in high-volume casual dining concept 
• Ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table 
• Efficient and solution-oriented thinker 
• Collaborative team player
