We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Controller for a top Restaurant Groups in DC. You will be responsible for our company's effective management and profitable operation.

Restaurant Controller Responsibilities:

• Manage the approval process for expenses and lines of credit
• Oversee cash flow
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate and manage reporting systems and collection procedures

Restaurant Controller Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial management, financial services, or other related fields 
• Restaurant experience is required
• Ability to lead and direct a team of 7 (4 F/T and 3 P/T)
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Be a true team player
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
