We are searching for an experienced customer service leader to join our growing insurance agency. We provide insurance and insurance products to non-profits throughout California and need a strong Director of Customer Service to lead our team of employee benefits customer service agents.

Responsibilities for the Director of Customer Service:

• Lead and inspire the team of customer service agents
• Oversee training and development of the customer service team
• Develop and implement procedures
• Maintain thorough knowledge of employee benefits requirements, statutes, and laws
• Support the team with handling complex customer service issues
• Prepare and present reports to upper management

Qualifications for the Director of Customer Service:

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience, specifically in customer service
• Experience and knowledge of employee benefits
• Active CA Life, Health, and Accident license
• Reside in the State of California
