Job Summary
We are searching for an experienced customer service leader to join our growing insurance agency. We provide insurance and insurance products to non-profits throughout California and need a strong Director of Customer Service to lead our team of employee benefits customer service agents.

Responsibilities for the Director of Customer Service:
- Lead and inspire the team of customer service agents
- Oversee training and development of the customer service team
- Develop and implement procedures
- Maintain thorough knowledge of employee benefits requirements, statutes, and laws
- Support the team with handling complex customer service issues
- Prepare and present reports to upper management
Qualifications for the Director of Customer Service:
- Minimum of 6 years of management experience, specifically in customer service
- Experience and knowledge of employee benefits
- Active CA Life, Health, and Accident license
- Reside in the State of California
