Join our dynamic legal team as an experienced Immigration Attorney Partner. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of immigration law experience in a law firm setting and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Provide counsel on employment and family-based immigration petitions.
  • Represent clients before USCIS and other government authorities.
  • Handle E-2, O-2, and L-1 visa petitions.
  • Work with partners and senior associates on legal services.
  • Prepare accurate legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Keep clients informed about case updates.
  • Manage a portable book of business and maintain relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws and deadlines.
  • Serve clients in both English and Spanish.

Immigration Attorney Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in immigration law, focused on employment and family-based cases.
  • Experience with E-2, O-2, and L-1 visas.
  • Strong drafting, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and a portable book of business.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Florida Bar membership
