Sous Chef Requirements:
- High-Volume experience in a fast-pace Upscale/Fine Dining Environment (min 3 years)
- Dedicated to achieving consistent high quality and product consistency
- Professional leadership skills in communication and people development
- Cost control and kitchen organization
- Maintains and ensures food health safety standards, cleanliness, and organization
- Understanding of Microsoft applications and Aloha POSĀ
- Leads by example and developing others shoulder to shoulder
- Prior Executive Sous Chef Experience
- Degree from a culinary arts training program
