Sous Chef Requirements:

• High-Volume experience in a fast-pace Upscale/Fine Dining Environment (min 3 years)
• Dedicated to achieving consistent high quality and product consistency
• Professional leadership skills in communication and people development
• Cost control and kitchen organization
• Maintains and ensures food health safety standards, cleanliness and organization
• Understanding of Microsoft applications and Aloha POS 
• Leads by example and developing others shoulder to shoulder
• Prior Executive Sous Chef Experience
• Degree from a culinary arts training program
