What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate strong connections with industry associations and government officials
  • Brand Representation at industry events and meetings, influencing industry trends
  • Maintain executive-level contacts with INDOT & KYTC, driving successful collaborations
  • Identify and pursue new business ventures within the transportation infrastructure sector
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning
  • Ensure effective communication of our values, mission, and capabilities to stakeholders
  • Prepare insightful reports on business development, government relations, and market conditions



You're a Perfect Fit If:

  • You possess 5+ years' experience in business development, government relations, or a transportation/construction role
  • You have a deep understanding of transportation infrastructure policies and industry dynamics
  • Your exceptional networking and relationship-building skills ensure success with high-level executives and government officials
  • You excel in communication, negotiation, and presentations
  • You're comfortable with travel for meetings and events
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree (construction, engineering, or related field preferred)
