Concrete Paving Superintendent Requirements: 

• 8+ years of recent experience with major concrete highway projects and managing large-scale projects
• Must have a working knowledge of regional D.O.T and modern computer systems
• Must have excellent communication and project management skills
• Be well organized, a self-starter, and be able to work independently
• BA Degree or Equivalent related work experience in construction or paving
