Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service delivery
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in a casual dining environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage staff, scheduling, and inventory
• Experience with POS systems and financial reporting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
