Responsibilities:

• Any administrative responsibilities needed
• Be a BRAND AMBASSADOR. Uphold all standards
• Build strong hourly teams through hiring, training, and when needed - terminations
• Ability to develop your management team through ongoing training and annual performance reviews
• Control and management of food and labor costs to achieve targets
• Responsible to control the profitability of the restaurant

Requirements:

• 3 years or more GM experience managing sales in the 4 to 5 million range
• Track record of financial successes as a GM
• Open availability
• New restaurant opening experience is a BONUS
• Scratch kitchen experience is also a BONUS
