Responsibilities:

• Ensure world-class service standards
• Train & Develop restaurant personnel
• Write, implement, and adjust staff schedules to meet all the restaurant's needs
• Enforce and support all safety and sanitation standards and regulations

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 2 years experience in food service leadership
• P&L knowledge and the ability to impact COGs
• Strong, people-centric leadership skills
• Knowledge of both FOH & BOH operations
• Able to thrive, and develop in a fast-paced environment
• Perceptive and focused on attention to detail
