Job Summary
Join a premier dining destination as our next Restaurant Manager! We are looking for a polished, experienced leader to manage our upscale, high-volume establishment. With a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences, you will play a key role in every aspect of operations. Experience in new restaurant openings and a strong beverage program background are highly desirable.
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on excellence in service and guest satisfaction
- Lead and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a professional and collaborative environment
- Manage beverage programs, including wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings
- Ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house teams
- Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Handle budgeting, labor management, and cost control to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive pre-opening planning and post-opening execution for new restaurants
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing high-volume, upscale restaurants
- Successful track record of opening new restaurant locations
- Strong knowledge of beverage management, with an emphasis on wine and cocktails
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and cost control
